Loving County Appraisal district has applied **this circuit breaker exemption ** on my tax statement. From what I read it is only applied when there is an ownership change for the first year? Why would they apply this if I have not sold anything to my knowledge? They also included 2 other sections that was never listed like that before? Loving County Texas PSL Block C24 section 22 now includes 21-22-23? What does this mean? Thanks for your help
