Class Action Pending

I see on Sheridan Production web site that they have a class action pending. A mineral owner is alleging improper calculations of gas sold by Sheridan… It was filed on 01/10/2018. I could not find anything saying there had been a resolution.

Graceful99: These types of things can take more than a year to resolve. The wheels of justice are square.

I know how long it can take. I collected from Anadarko Petroleum and EXCO for the same reason Sheridan is being sued now. I would be happy just to have a really good well! :smiley:

Any word on this Class Action Suit? I have Sheridan wells in Beaver County and today was studying the paystub, had questions about calculations, googled-- and voila! Saw the filing.
