I have some nat gas wells in tarrant county operated by TEP Barnett. They are only paying me about 50% of the current price for nat gas. Any idea why they underpay?
The posted WTI prices are at a certain point in time at a certain location (may be Henry Hub) and vary minute to minute. Your location is probably not the same. Your operator is bound by their contracts which may be very different. Best to ask them that question.
