Has anyone had this experience as well? I am unsure how to proceed here. I have called and emailed, but no response. It was a higher offer than the others I have received, so perhaps I am being naive here. Do I just give up on it and move on, or be patient?
Leasing companies often have a set amount of money they can spend and a certain number of acres they need to get under lease. Once they get that, they move on. Or the company could have gone under, any number of reasons. Move on…
We got an offer to lease in the mail, responded, and then were told they were not leasing in that area. It appears that a lot of what goes on is not very organized.
