Signed the lease in May, but haven’t recieved initial payment. Was told checks would go out in July. What could be the hold-up? Continental isn’t in trouble, are they. Any advice? I need that check, badly!
Continental doesnt flip leases, they are one of the largest operators in America. To the original post, have you contacted them since July, we are now half way through October? I would start off by doing that and asking if the title was good and why you didnt get paid?
