Thank you so much! Pooling approved 1/13/14. What does that encompass?
Pooling means that not all of the owners were leased, so the Company goes to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission OCC to make a ruling so business can move on. The OCC will give the remaining mineral owners two-five options of lease bonus and royalty rate. They must choose within the listed number of days or an option will be chosen for them. (Lowest royalty and highest bonus-not what you really want.) Then the Operator will have either 180 days or 365 days to drill the well. If you are leased, you do not get the pooling order notice since you are already taken care of.
Usually there will be a well permit listed shortly after the pooling order. Which section was the pooling for?

They are showing no production according to this?
The permit is just permission to drill. Production will be about 9 months later if successful.
