I noticed that the pooling on34 02n 03w is set for a hearing in Nov. But now there are several other oil companies involved. Is that a good sign? Like maybe they know something I don’t, or just some other reason? So would that mean that the original pooling orders are still good? 201900330
That hearing is on a protest docket which means the other companies have something to say. There was never an order for the case. They are trying to get to one. You can look up the history of the filed documents at the link below. Type in the case number.

That’s one of the reasons I was looking into Gwen’s father’s mineral rights. She is bedfast with COPD and has been relying n me to do what I can about it. I called todco properties. They sent us a lease proposal for $3,000 back over a year ago. They said they weren’t taking care of Casillas anymore. Then I found this pooling orders are still in affect. Called Castillas attorney Michael Stack, he said he was going to forward my question to Tom orindorf of todco properties. So I don’t know what is going on
If you are still talking about 34-2N-3W, the pooling is with Castell Oil Company. Casillas is one of the other interest holders. When they finally get an order, it will be mailed. You have 20 days in which to answer (I try to answer by 10 days). Send by certified mail return receipt to the address which will be listed in the pooling order.

I got pooling orders about a year ago. With Castell sorry about the spelling in the first response. And we talked to todco and Mr. Stack. So will there be more pooling orders?

There is a request for a pooling order now which has been delayed since 2019. Time will tell as to when orders may come out.
Did you just get the notice of hearing a year ago or did you actually get orders? If you have an order, what is the number on it? Or what is the case docket number? It should start with 2018 or 2019

You only need to reply once the orders are given. Then you have the 20 days. You can watch progress on the Case Dockets website.

Where are you seeing Jan. 8th? I can only find where it says Nov. 17th 18th and 19th
