I have minor interest in Howard Co.(Blk 31 TN2 Sec 10) I signed a division order Summer of 2020 and have never received anything. I recently received a lease ratification, however
the wells have already been drilled and have been producing since last year. The agreement appears to include sections I dont own interests in. Do I need to sign the agreement?

Are they horizontal wells going into other sections?
