Is there going to be drilling South of Poteet, north of Jourdanton, Tx? I'm interested in a lease. I have 65 acres off CR 306. I also own 110 acres in McMullen County. Who would I contact?

We didn't want to sell anything, just lease, the usual going rate - you get 20% of the production, the lessor (oil company) gets 80%. But they take all the risks, each fracking well cost several million dollars each.... you may get a lot more of the percentage if the oil is sitting there for the taking, a lot more.

I don't want to sell either. But very interested in a lease.
