I have an offer in sec -9 and sec-16-14N-8E for 75 dollars and 3/16 from Smyth Land Services

Good possibility that a horizontal drilling will take place on your section. a well just came in at 643 barrels a day on section 8 of your township.

I think that the current offer is $150 for a 3/16 (which is very, very low for horizontal drilling).
