I am beginning negotiation of a new lease in Converse County. I know that the Bonus Offer has increased since my last negotiation in 2008 and now I am wondering what others are getting for Bonus Offer now!!!
If anyone has signed or negotiated a recent lease, I would love to know what you have received or been offered.

Do you know which company is actually after the lease? I may be able to give you some info.
The lease hound is from McDonald Land Services and they are gathering leases for Khody Land & Minerals out of Oklahoma City. They are wanting to do a top lease over the lease I currently have with Chesapeake which ends in May.
I have not counter offered yet and will be shopping around before I commit to anything.
I own minerals in 9 states including various percentages on 12,00 acres in Converse County spread all over the county and in 219 counties in the State of Texas. I am very experienced in leasing but like anyone I want the highest fair offer with bonuses and royalties.

Currently I am sitting on a $500.00 per acre bonus and 3/16th royalties which I am not totally satisfied with. My current lease expires in May so I will not make a final decision till then. Currently I have 3 players not including Chesapeak.
