I was contacted today by a company wanting to lease my mineral rights before a Sheriff's sale on March 3 in Reeves County. What is the current rate per acre for leasing and what is the current asking price to sell mineral rights.

We'd need to know where it is in Reeves because the rates vary. Do you have a Block and Section number?
