Current Lease Rates La Salle County

Does anyone know the going rates for new leases in Northwest La Salle county? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on exact location and amount of acreage available to lease. North Central to North West La Salle is a good area but highly developed. Chesapeake or Carrizo may be interested in adding your acreage if you do not have enough stand alone.
