We have been approached to sell our mineral rights for 14+ net acres in Harrison County TX. What is the current estimated price per net acre?

I have also been approached by several people to sell my rights in Harrison. Don’t know who to ask about the prices over there.

don’t sell your minerals! now, if someone called me and wanted to buy my minerals… I might say… okay… $30-million dollars. Again… I might say $30-million dollars… just to see how they would respond.
