Have another pipeline company looking at a 16" pipeline in McClain County across our surface rights land and its been awhile since the last one was proposed but ended up not being done. As I understand it, there will be an external valve access possibly on our land also. Plus have a tenant who will be planting wheat in about the same timeline. Any info of today’s pricing would be helpful. Thanks!
You might check with the OU or OSU surface leases which may be online. In Texas, UT posts their rod prices occasionally. A current landowner close to you might have an idea as well. Get a good attorney to do your surface lease. There are some protective clauses that you will need for environmental things.
