I have a small amount of acreage that I would consider selling but not sure what the current value per acre might be? Does anyone have a ballpark figure?

Amelia, Stark county runs the gamut from virtually worthless to name your price if you are over one of the rift formations that can produce literal millions of barrels of oil from a relatively cheap vertical well. Has anyone shot seismic on your land? Are you close to production? Are your acres currently leased? There are many factors in determining value.
