Good Morning Iceman. There is a good oil/gas well(API 389-35921) in Section 16/Block C10.

Production began in December 2017. Completion Reports showed 1,544 barrel oil per day/2,845,000 cubic feet gas per day.

The blue arrow is pointing to the pad where the well was drilled from…the long line going upwards(North) is the horizontal leg of the well…

Up close to the top of the approved drilling permit is the status report. It states that this is an oil well but it is actually an oil and gas well. That is a big plus for the royalty owners.
