My wife and some of her relatives have mineral rights (not sure about lease) for 1300 acres in Karnes County and the only thing she has is a lease contract with Dan Hughes Co. that they all signed. This 3yr lease was apparently up (initially) this past April and we have not heard anything. Is there any way to find out if there are any producing wells, or if anything is going on? Really just don't know where to look/start but it seems as though something should have happened by now with all of the Eagle Ford Shale talk over the years.
