I have not received a monthly disbursement from Diamondback Energy for my mineral interests in Howard County. When I questioned them about this, I received a reply that “I am not showing a payment was issued for July; the Cobra South Battery had no sales volumes, which affected the Asro 13 units. If you have any further questions, please let me know.” My disbursement last month was fairly normal. Does it make sense that this month there would be nothing?
Some parts of Texas are shut in for gas due to a pipeline maintenance issue and other parts by lack of a gas pipeline and others by low gas prices. You could also be shut in due to fracking nearby. See what happens in the next few months.
