Hi all - I am having trouble getting direct contact information from anyone in the Owner Relations or more on point - division order department at Diamondback Energy (on a property inherited from Endeavor in Midland County). We just keep getting auto-generated email responses and generic responses from people there without much use or information.
Do any of you have any direct contacts and contact info there? Any other suggestions?

I’m assuming you’ve tried calling that phone number? Are you not getting in touch with anyone specifically in the division order department?
Send a certified letter with the details of your problem. Owner relations is generally limited to very simple issues such as change of address. Phone calls can get lost in a system.
Hello, I called (866 531-3667) last week and spoke with a live person. Endeavor and Diamond Back are merging their software and expect to be finished in a week or two.
Thank you @SteveCo. I have used that same email and get auto-responses and asked several times for direct line to D.O. dept whom they sent the request / matter to, but have neither heard from them NOR gotten their direct contact info.
