Hello,

I have a question. My father passed away last year. He was the trustee on an account from Whiting Oil. I am the new trustee and I sent paperwork in to update this. Any idea how long it might take before we start receiving payments again? Thank you

You might want to call and check up on it. Did you send by certified mail, return receipt? Did you file the paperwork in the county and state court office notifying them of the name and address change?
