I learned a good lesson. Don’t always WAIT to receive a Division Order in the mail if you are Held By Production! I have been waiting patiently for my Division Order. ALWAYS call and talk to the Division Order Department, and make sure they have your correct address even though you know they have your correct address. Don’t just email them because they will probably ignore you. I feel like they sometimes pretend to not have correct address, and act like they never received your signed DO and W-9. I even sent everything certified mail and the USPS said they had no access to building. This allows them to really delay your royalty check. This happened to me and now I am asking for Direct Deposit and interest to be paid. Still have not received anything but am hopeful things will get done by the end of the month.
