Division orders not received

*Part of family have received division orders, part of us have not received anything. Should we be concerned or does it take time ?

If it was just a few days, then maybe wait a week. If it has been weeks, then contact the Division Order analyst at your operator and ask why you have not received the DO. MIght be a problem with title that needs to be cleared up. Or they may not have correct addresses. Send your request by certified mail return receipt so you have a record of your request. State your name(s), address(es), well names, description of acreage and request the DO or a description of any curative issues. I also follow up with an email and a phone call. Hit them on all forms of communication. I keep a running log of which method I used and what day and who I “talked” to.
