i have just received my division oders but i have a few questions BPO-0.25 i assume means .25% royalty but i have two divisions and the other states 0.1875 which i take as an eighth but when i leased the land they paid me the same for all my property and the lease called for .25 royalty?? am i sharing the 2nd on somehow ,the tract size is the same on both divisions? and i have a lease renewal comming up in 2 months will they renew the origional lease or will they try and downsize it to only cover the area in production?

There's no way to figure it out, without seeing the leases and any pooling agreements. The BPO number is a bit surprising. I have only seen that as a carried interest or a working interest.
