I inherited shares in land originally owned by my great grandfather and others through my moms father. He and his second wife left half to her son and half to his 3 children, her will couldn’t be found at the time of her death so her son quit claimed his shares of this land to my mom. Her brothers had deceased by then. Do I have to share those shares with my uncles children. They say there is nothing mentioned in their fathers wills. My mom had the shares listed in her trust.
