Does the oil sold when a well is classified "confidential" count toward royalty payments?

Since the term "runs" on the monthly production report refers to oil sold, does the amount shown on the well when it is classified "confidential" go toward calculating royalties?

David, it does, the first check often has 4 or more months production on it.
