Is Nisource buying leases in the DOnagal area.
I don't believe that NiSource is actively leasing at all.
NiSource/Columbia Gas has leases throughout Donegal and W. Finley that are held by storage. They have assigned the leases (most likely just the deep rights) to Range. There have been many recent filings with individual landowners giving Range the right to unitize, which wasn't in those old leases.

Range is certainly filing all these modifications, so they must be doing alot of negotiating. I don't actually know of anything ongoing, but it stands to reason. I've haven't seen any new leases, just modifications with Columbia, NiSource, Range and the landowner all named on the document.
Depending on your location in Donegal, Chesapeake would be an option. They still seem to be active in the western part of the township and the county. They have new permits and you can see recent filings on landex.com.
