Stable Energy has been doing a lot of leasing in 13n-5w ,14n-6w and in your 13n-6w. There was a pooling in 23-13n-5w on 7-23-12 and the Oil Co. was ordered to offer $350 for 3/16th or no cash an 1/5th . But it looks like in late 2012 things started to change. That is when Stable started leasing for somebody, and it was alot of leasing . Then in 2013 Newfield comes into 14n-6w for the first time and ask for a pooling to drill a Multiunit Horizontal well under section 18 & 19 with the same well. In this pooling they were ordered to offer $1100 for 1/8th or 1000 for 3/16th or what I think is $10 an 1/5th.
