E.C., use this site to go to the blogs and forums amd learn as much as you can by reading the information there. Also I’m sure you’ll hear from others about how to go to the Texas Railroad Commission site to look for permits, etc. My computer is down right now. LT
Eduardo -- on 6/18 Clayton Williams requested a permit for the following well a mile S of your SEC 21: LONGORIA 11 #1H. PSL BLK C8, SECs 10 & 11, A4655/4656, a 12,000 foot horizontal Hoefs T-K (Wolfcamp) test, 13.3 miles SW of Pecos. The perforated lateral length is 7,133'.
The nearest well to you currently being drilled is Red Willow Procuction LLC’s YUCCA #6H, PSL BLK C9 SEC17, A1518, a 11,000’ horizontal Phantom (Wolfcamp) test, 7.3 miles NE of Toyah spud, 5/30. This well is ~3.5 miles NNW of your Section 21.
Other wells currently being drilled are quite distant.

Eduardo,
Have you had any interest expressed in your Blk C-8, Section 21, A-1726? We're right next to you (Sec 22, A-3919) and just got an offer for $2250, 3 years, 25%. I think we can do better on bonus, but wanted to see if you have had any action.
Mike
In February of 2016 I leased for three years, no extension, 1/4, $2,000/nma.
Linton,
Thanks for your reply. Are you also in Section 21? I'd be interested in any activity you know of in the area. There doesn't appear to be much going on nearby, but I'm wondering if the new interest in the Delaware has brought any operators out of the woodwork.
Mike
No, sir, just in the SW/4 of Sec. 26. I’m betting after tomorrow things are going to pick up. I’ve had several offers to buy since I last leased and that’s always a good sign. Good luck everyone… Linton
