I’m trying to find out what’s fair when dealing with an easement. I’ve dealt with right of ways and payment for 2&1/2 inch line on 0.8 acres dont know if allowed to say price but have just been offered 2500 for 25 percent ownership where a 40 inch line was run in 2013. We were missed on payment for that. We have filed Affadavits of heirship in several counties and been paid for a few things but never an easement. For now any and all help is appreciated. Been doing this for a little bit now still learning and every company is new so any help or advise I can get is greatly appreciated. This work was performed in 2013 in orange co tx.
