RE: McClure 500 Acres at Pioneer/Rising Star from the mid 1800's
all I know is my grandfather secured the mineral rights in he and his siblings names...a landman cut a contract with my mother and I on 9/11 for a third of whatever cash sits at the county level...then after we faxed it over, to the best of my memory he said instead that he wanted 1/3rd ownership!!! I said no and nothing has ever been done...what now?
its the Mc Clure 500 acre tract next to pioneer TX.....ANY INFO???????????????????
my grandfather came out to southern cali and he sold oil well supply equip
up and down the coast of cali,,then he got his brother a job on a rig out here
he had a boy on the way...and was killed by a rig..the boy ended up becoming a
geologist out of usc
