Encore Permian operations have been outsourced to Rockport Energy Solutions in Austin. Encore did not meet the drilling requirements for new wells under the Colt 45 State Unit Agreement with General Land Office in 2022. So effective January 1, 2023, the unit acreage is being reduced from 7717 acres to 4260 acres including all of Sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10; North half of Section 18; North 420 acres of Section and North half of Section 15. These are the currently producing tracts. All other sections and leases are being released.
