Enterprise begins construction of Mentone gas plant in Loving County Houston-based Enterprise Products Partners said Wednesday construction started on its Mentone cryogenic natural gas processing plant in Loving County. The facility will have capacity to process 300 million cubic feet per day of natural gas and extract more than 40,000 barrels per day of NGLs. The project is supported by long-term acreage dedication and is expected to begin service in 2020Q1.
