Father died, we've inherited a small amount of mineral rights, how do we put them in our name?

We inherited a small (1/64th) share of mineral rights in Payne County Oklahoma. There are six of us kids and we'd like to transfer it into our names. None of us live in or near Oklahoma, what is the best way to achieve this? Also, is there a lawyer someone can recommend that won't charge us an arm and a leg to get it done?

Thanks!

Did your father have an estate that was opened to probate?

He had a trust, but failed to put the mineral rights in the trust. I spoke with a lawyer who said it's going to be a bit of paperwork filing, etc to get the shares in our names, not to mention about 3k.
