Anyone have a feel for lease prices in this area, SE CORNER OF 9N4W ,say sections 22-24, 25-27, 34-36? I’ve been offered $2.5K on 1/8th, $2K on 3/16th and $1K on 1/5 for a 5 net tract in section 35. I’m sure that’s a low ball but it is the first offer in over four years.
Those are in the ballpark. Bonus amounts are slightly lower this year due to competition. There is a pending pooling in Section 34. 2022-003282. The hearing is supposed to be Jan 11-13 2023. The amounts set at that pooling will be a good guide.
