Is there any way I can find the terms of any pooling orders that may have gone through near a section I have received a lease offer for ?
The section in question is 7-19N-1W. Are these public record, and if so, how can I get the information ?

The most recent in an adjacent section was $500 3/16, $375 1/5, 0 1/4.

You can search for them on the OCCeWeb site the case processing database. But it is not as easy as it sounds.
