I am looking at a piece of land in Pershing County, NV - parcel 002-250-12.
The county assessor’s website appears to show that the mineral rights were deeded away in 2004. Is that what this means? How would I discover who they were deeded to?
one would have to go to the office of the Pershing County Recorder-Auditor in Pershing county, Nv to review the deed for what it says and to whom it was given to.

It appears it is a deed from Ron Ward to Nevada Land and Resource Company, LLC. But, at first glance, it doesn’t appear to be a deed for oil & gas.
