Sounds like they will make demands on current lessee of this land to increase or start production for which they get a piece

I know more than 5 people Firethorn has helped get out of bad leases. They have helped those people get a bonus when they wouldn’t have gotten one, go from a 1/8th to 3/16ths, and they helped them get a better lease form. They did all of that and paid for the legal cost which was considerable.
