What would be a good offer to lease the south 80 acres of SE/4, Section 108, Block 2 in Fisher County? Also, can anyone tell me where in Fisher County this is located? Thanks for any help.
The red check mark is where the S/4 is located in Section 108. Notice about 4 miles to the North East is the City of Rotan.

That section is about 3 1/2 miles west of Rotan. Below are the Railroad Commission map of that area, the second one that’s enlarged indicates the SE/4 quarter of that section is Abstract 1703.
Someone else may be able to tell you about leasing activity. The horizontal well shown at the west side of the section started producing last April but so far hasn’t done much. The records indicate the vertical well that’s a little east of it was completed in 2020 but has never reported any production.Both wells are operated by Clear Fork.

Based on what I know the going rate out there is probably ~$250/Ac. 1/5 royalty. But maybe that’s gone up some with the rise in oil prices.
