I own 1.5 acres which was a former well site for an oil well in the '80s. It is located within the Beaver Creek Subdivision near Snook, Tx. The old well was plugged years ago. With the new Oil Development in the area, I was wondering if an oil company would be interested in leasing or purchasing this property.
