Does anyone know anything about this lawsuit against Foundation Energy Mgmt? I received something about late payments but I didnt understand it fully. I think they are being sued for $5 mil? Im sure if the owners win, Ill get a fat $12 check. Hehe…
I don’t know more that you do, but I think I’ve only had a few payments come a few days late, though there may have been one time when it was quite a bit later. But as I understand it, we’re all included in the case unless we opt out, so I’m just going to let it play out. And if/when I get my “$12 check” I’ll figure out how to spend it.
According to this site, it looks as if they’ve settled. A final fairness hearing should be held on December 14.
