I was recently contacted regarding a desire to lease a 40 acre tract for which I have a very small interest. the offer was three year term 25% RI and an insignificant bonus. Any ideas on market?
I hope this helps somewhat. I will never again sign a lease offer without letting my attorney handle the negotiations. To me it’s worth the money and I don’t have much. FWIW. Good luck.
