I have 81 + nma's in Sec 2 available for lease. Current offer, $800, 3/16, 3 yrs. Anyone know of anything better? Thanks.

George are they offering with a 3 year or a 3 Year with a 2 year option?

I haven't seen anything filed this year in that section, so we may be in an early leasing event. Pooling orders a few miles north have been seen some higher numbers. I think the interest is growing quickly.

I chose not to lease yet in our holdings close to you. But we have FAR less NMA.

I heard of offers of $1500 in Section 3 immediately to the west. I leased for more a couple more sections to the west.

Was that 4-1N-3W you leased for $1500? Or 5-1N-3W?

Someone on the forum mentioned $1500 offer a while back in 3-1N-3W. I wrote it down back then. Not sure if it was a lease or buy. I leased for $1700/ac in 6-1N-3W a few months ago. 3 yrs, 3/16. I never go for an option.
