I have seen several inquiries into Garvin Co. I would like to hear about leases and drilling news in Sec. 15, 16, 23, 9 and 26. Thanks
There are plenty of Sec. 9, 15, 16, 23 & 26 in Garvin County. Please provide township & range in order for us to research your questions.

Permit good until 9/13/2020, but the pooling on gave until October 2, 2019 to spud. Continental had leasing in early 2019.
Sect 16 1N 1W-Triad Energy had a permit for Cotton 1-17-16XH. Surface location in 17. All cases came under Triad Energy. Some ordered, some dismissed. Well completed July 8, 2018. No leasing, already HBP.
Sect 23 1N 1W. Part of the Nance well looks like it is in 23, but maybe they have other plans. Old Havens 1-23-26XH was drilled in 2014. No leasing, already HBP.
Sect 26 1N 2W-Active leasing my many companies in this section.
I’ve seen a lot of ‘Notice of Hearing’ documents but had never thought to look at a ‘Relief Granted’ document until today. I noticed Case 201802144 order 684164 lists the owners of record. I and a number of people have ‘DISMISSED’ under our names and address. What does that represent?
Those parties are no longer subject to the provisions of the Order. Either they leased to the Applicant or it was determined that they owned no interest (probably not likely) or they reached a side agreement with the Applicant of some kind to participate in the well. Bottom line, those dismissed are not part of the Order.
Did you lease to Continental?
Thanks! Yes, I leased to Continental.
That’s why you were dismissed.
