In 2019 I inherited several very small mineral interests in Oklahoma, including two in Garvin County (300639 and 300640) operated by Crawley Petroleum. The Division Orders for these two were issued by Vitol Inc. but they are no longer the Payor and said it was now Dean’s Well Service. I have had no luck in contacting either Crawley or Dean’s. Is there a way to find out if these two wells are still producing?
Welcome to the forum: If you have the Section township and range, you can search: https://otcportal.tax.ok.gov/gpx/gp_PublicSearchPUNbyLegal.php Tick the Search by Legal circle then enter S/T/R don’t worry about the quarter.
These should provide you with production information and operator names.
I don’t know if this will help you or not but there is no longer a Dean’s Well Service. Dean Jenkins (the owner) died several years ago but my husband said his son is still around somewhere. I believe my cousin could probably tell you something about him. My cousin is married to Nub Sullivan who owns Nub’s Well Service, Inc. in Ratliff City, Ok. (or they might call that area Pruitt City). Their phone number is 580-856-3525. Dean’s Well Service and Nub’s Well Service were side by side when Dean’s was operating. Nub or his wife Judy or her sister Janet who dispatches for them could probably all tell you where the son is or might even know something about the wells. They are very knowledgeable about all the goings on around the oilfield down there. Hope this helps.
Thank you for the detailed response. I was able to determine that both wells are still active. Next step is to determine who the new operator is.
Thank you for responding. Now that I know the wells are activate I will try to contact Nub’s Well Service and see if they know who the operator is.
Which wells are you in? Brewer and Combs or the other ones? If the Brewer and Combs, then the transport company is OneOK Field Services. They may be paying or they can tell you who the operator still is. Crawley is listed as the operator on the OTC site.
I am in Brewer 1-17 and 2-17 so I will try to contact OneOK Field Services. Thank you for the info.
