Clint, I know you keep up with the OCC website, so I wondering if you would know why both Triad and Newfield have pooling hearings scheduled for sec 16 3N 4W scheduled for Monday, August 12? I am leased to Newfield, and the pooling hearing has been postponed several times. Triad seems to have some portion of the section. Can two companies be involved in the same section?

I can't honestly answer your question. But in my opinion I would say yes 2 companies can have minerals leased in the same section. A lot of that mumbo jumbo on the court dockets I don't understand. If I did understand it I would be called a oil and gas attorney.
