I’ve got wells out of balance. Is there a online site that shows balancing?

I heard from Kaiser that they were placing gas balancing on some statewide website. It didn’t have anymore details. They haven’t replied back. I’ve got many gas wells across 13 counties. Some really small RI. ORI and working interests. A number of these wells were out of balance when my dad got them in the 90’s from his dad. Other ones became out of balance at different times. One horizontal well was drilled 2012 and we just found that the 1% working interest was never paid. The .67% royalty was paid monthly.
So the question is have you heard of a statewide data base on over and under produce gas wells.
