I am looking for information on what the fair market price would be for a company to offer for a gas pipeline right away.
Enterprise Liquids Pipeline LLc is looking into constructing a pipeline project in Licking County which will possibly run through my property and I want to find out wnat a fair price would be for the right away. I know that in Texas a oil pipeline rightaway went for $500.00 a rod.
Can anyone give some advise on this issue and also what else to look at so I don't get taken by Enterprise Liquid Pipeline LLC.
