Hello there, does anyone know the current buyout rate per acre for gas rights in Washington County? No lease just a one-time buyout.

RUN_DEER - in West Pike Run it depends if you’re receiving royalties or not. The area has a good bit of Chevron leases and with their pending sale things are somewhat uncertain. If you have a parcel number I can give you an accurate evaluation.
