Has anyone heard of, or worked with Gate Oil and Gas? I have been approached to buy a 1% share in a well they are drilling.

Why did they approach you ? What kind of well are they drilling and where are they drilling it ? Do you already have an interest in the tract ?
I miss-phrased it. I actually saw an ad for Gates and was curious. They called me and explained/offered a 1% in their well.
I do have oil interests in North Dakota, so I do try to keep up on what is going on in the industry. That's why this opportunity was interesting to me.
The well is being drilled to the Second Bromide, as well as the Bromide sands and Viola.

I found a permit to recomplete a well in w/2 ne/4 se/4. The operator is Jasmire Inc. out of Duncan, Ok. Do you know how to study the history of 21 ? They have been drilling there as far back as 1946 in the Bromide. Is your interest in N.D. leased ? Is it in the active area ?
Jasmine is their operator.
I do not know how to study the history of 21.
My ND mineral rights are leased, but not yet drilled.
